The next PVA meeting will be Thursday the 8th.
This year our special family night will be March 23. (This is a change from the calender)
-If you have items of service to donate for the family night drawing, please let us know. You may bring the items and/or gift certificates by the office at any time.
- If you are able to help we will be setting that morning at 9 am and arriving at 5 pm to get the final details put together. We will also need some help cleaning up the event if you are able to stay until the end to clean up.
If you have any pictures of your children from spirit day, wacky hat day, or story book fun day please e-mail them to me so that I can post them on the blog. asburymethodistpre@gmail.com

- email pictures to artana@shearexpectations.com or you can put them on a cd and give them to Mrs Susie or Mr Kirby. Artana needs some volunteers who will be willing to scan in artwork, label kids who are in the photos, and a few other tasks. Please e-mail her directly to find out where she needs you to help!
