Cookie fundraiser was very successful. We raised $2,000 for our school through the cookie orders. Thank you Ali De La Cruz for the time that you spent on this project. Mrs Kathy's and Mrs Sherry's class were the top sellers and will be having a pizza party! Be on the look out for pick-up and distribution information for our cookies over the next couple of weeks.
What's happening in November?
Pennies for PJ's-
Every Year Asbury preschool and Kindergarten collects pennies to purchase pajamas for less fortunate children. We ask that you allow your children to do some simple chores at home in order to earn these pennies. The final day for pennies to be collected will be December 8th. We will also be collecting new and GENTLY used pajamas to be donated to Palmetto Place, a shelter that houses abused, abandoned, and neglected children.
Veteran's day is on November 11th. Dress your child in red, white, and blue and send in a picture to the school of a special service member.
5K Field trip on November 17.
Thanksgiving Feast (3's, 4's, and 5's) classes will be enjoying a Thanksgiving dinner together at school on Tuesday, November 22nd.
School will be closed for Thanksgiving Holiday's November 23th-25th
SC Aquarium will be bringing some visitors to the school for your children to learn about on November 28th
